The hotel is conveniently located quite near the town centre, just outside the center of Lowestoft, and close to the seafront. The rooms were not cleaned very well with some suspicious stains in the bathroom, but they do have large screen TVs and the bathrooms are newly refurbished. Service was good; they were able to make the bed up on our request. The dining experience offered some tasty grilled fish. However, the overall cleanliness could be improved, and the bathrooms showed signs of wear and tear.
